100 Great Breads Paul Hollywood

K who's wowed us in the past with bread recipes such as Whole Wheat Pita and Coccodrillo Ciabatta. The addition of coconut, orange peel, pineapple and nuts gives a new twist to a loaf of banana bread. I'm off sweet things for January as I'm watching my figure so decided to make Ciabatta from Paul Hollywood's 100 Great Breads. But considering the health benefits of using 100% whole wheat(freshly ground is best of course!), not to mention the savings of making your own bread – it's definitely worth the effort. My mother-in-law came across a great recipe that made 2 loaves of bread, was made from 100% whole wheat flour, and it rose nicely. Paul Hollywood's 100 Great Breads is a brilliant book with interesting and easy to follow recipes. Following his recipe I managed to bake myself an really good basic white loaf and things have really taken off since then. It's so good I sometimes serve slices of it for dessert. Usually, I go to '100 Great Breads' by Paul Hollywood for my basic bread conundrums, but I find his recipes a little simplistic, too rushed and do not convey the care needed to create good bread. I was very envious, but I didn't want a 2 loaf recipe, I wanted an 8 loaf recipe.
